Download the Ottr Mobility App. Follow the on-screen prompts to sign up. You’ll need a credit or debit card to get started riding.
If you are a subscription rider, your Ottr Account Manager will issue you with a personal code to activate your account.
Enter private fleet code in the app to see available bikes. You can obtain the private fleet code from your park manager.
OR:If you have a subscription, your Ottr account manager will give you the one-time release code for your personal vehicle.
Walk to a nearby bike or scooter and scan to unlock. Once unlocked through the App, you will then be able to release the lock from the wheel (ebikes only).
Start riding! Please wear your helmet and obey all the rules of the road.
Make a stop during a ride anytime by simply tapping pause.
Return the bike to the same location to end your ride. Please remember to secure you ebike to the docking station or static structure, using the locks provided.
